Off Shore Delivery Charges

This delivery charge applies to all areas of the UK except Offshore Islands including Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: BT, KW, IV, AB, DD, PH. PA, ZE and HS.

The surcharge for delivery to the listed areas is based on the consignment weight and customers are requested to email us with full details of their requirements and their address, we will reply with a quote for delivery.

Order Cancellation

In accordance with United Kingdom and European consumer law, you have a right to cancel an order from the time the order is accepted until 7 working days after receipt of the order.

Should you wish to cancel any order you must first contact Globaltanks.co.uk within the period outlined above to make arrangements for the goods to be returned.  Please call 07715 104420 or email.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are taken care of whilst in their possession and that they are returned to Tanksexpress.co.uk in a condition fit for resale and unused.

If you wish Globaltanks.co.uk to arrange for the uplift of the goods, a carriage charge will apply, this will be charged at cost. Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements to return the goods to us at your own expense.

Upon return of the cancelled goods to Globaltanks.co.uk and verification they are in a re saleable condition, we will refund the value of the goods less any carriage charges incurred within 28 days.

Defective Products

If you believe that products you have purchased from Globaltanks.co.uk are faulty, please report this immediately to Globaltanks.co.uk by e-mailing us or call us on 07715 104420.

If they are within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, we will arrange with the manufacturer to replace or repair the goods at the manufacturer’s discretion and consistent with their guarantee.

Where it is necessary to inspect the goods on site and an inspection proves the fault is neither the fault of Globaltanks.co.uk, nor the product manufacturer, an inspection charge will apply, which will be advised by us prior to site inspection.

Please note that where guarantees are available in excess of those required by law, these are provided at the discretion of the product manufacturer and not Globaltanks.co.uk. Additionally, Globaltanks.co.uk will not be liable for any claims for consequential damage or loss.
